Job Summary
Certified Home Hospice Aide responsible for providing personal care and ADL assistance to homebound patients in a home-health setting. Requires unencumbered HHA certification from CDPH, HS Diploma or GED, and current BLS Healthcare Provider certification. Duties emphasize patient comfort, safety, and compassionate communication; must have knowledge of medical terminology, universal precautions, and ability to interact with diverse patients and co-workers. Schedule is Full Time (days, Mon-Fri with occasional weekend coverage) with 40 hours/week; driving to patient homes and performing joint visits as part of care team.
Required Qualifications
