Job Summary
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including supporting the client's morning routine, comfort, and safety. Assist with mobility, transfers, and personal care needs while following an individualized care plan to monitor for changes in condition. Maintain a clean, respectful, and supportive care environment and communicate effectively with BAYADA's clinical and office teams. Consistent hours every day of the week are available for part-time or full-time schedules in Monmouth County.
Required Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification
- Availability for shifts on one or more days per week
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with personal care or willingness to learn with training
