Job Summary
Monitor residents, provide housekeeping and laundry services, and assist with personal hygiene including bathing and grooming. Help residents with care and activities as needed while documenting weight monthly and reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse. Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility data. Occasional heavy lifting may be required; ability to follow the Plan of Care precisely and work as a team member is essential. Full-time, part-time, or per-diem shifts are available with flexible scheduling.
