Job Summary
Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) for Essex County, NJ. Provide direct in-home care including personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, skincare, mobility), meal preparation, and home management. Document care and activities using CellTrak; report condition changes promptly to RN Case Managers. Requires valid NJ CHHA license; strong English communication; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; dependable transportation and travel within Essex County. Schedule: Monday–Friday with morning shifts (e.g., 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm). Starting pay at $20/hour based on experience. Required Qualifications
