Job Summary
Provide compassionate personal care and mobility support for hospice clients in Mullica Hill, NJ, assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe transfers using equipment like Hoyer lifts. Monitor and report changes in client conditions while collaborating with the hospice team and completing required documentation. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and families, maintaining dignity and comfort throughout the 8:00 AM–4:00 PM weekday shift. Required Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility
- Minimum of one year of caregiving experience/ hospice care
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to provide personal care with dignity and respect
Desired Qualifications
