Job Summary
Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily living activities to clients, following individualized care plans and documenting as required. Maintain safety and promote client independence, communicate effectively with clients and families, and coordinate with Dharma Home Care staff. Flexible schedules and hourly care with opportunities for full-time, part-time, or per diem shifts across NJ; cases throughout New Jersey with an emphasis on close-to-home assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Proof of auto insurance
- Two verifiable professional references
- Pass national criminal background check
- Valid physical examination within the last year
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) vaccination
