Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing
- Must be physically able to perform essential duties
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
- Provide verifiable professional references (at least two)
- Verifiable employment history for past 12 months
- National criminal background check (and any state-required screenings)
- Valid physical examination within the last year
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) vaccination
