Job Summary
Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) role providing hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living. Follow individualized care plans tailored to each client, document as required, and communicate effectively with clients, families, and Dharma Home Care staff. Flexible schedule with full-time, part-time, or per diem shifts; cases throughout New Jersey with a focus on working close to home. Opportunities for training and professional growth, including RN mentorship and pathways to care coordination or office leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing
- Physically able to perform essential duties
- Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
- Evidence of professional references (at least two)
- Verifiable employment history for past 12 months
- Successful completion of national criminal background check
- Proof of health clearances: physical within last year, negative TB test or chest X-ray, MMR vaccination
