Job Summary
Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) needed to provide client-centered, hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living. Follow individualized care plans, document as required, and communicate effectively with clients, families, and Dharma Home Care staff. Roles available across NJ with flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, and per diem. Compensation starting at $19.50–$21/hour, with benefits such as paid time off, training and advancement opportunities, and free PPE and uniforms. Requires active CHHA license in NJ, reliable transportation, and ability to work in-home care settings near home. Training and RN mentorship provided; opportunities for career growth from CHHA to leadership roles.
Required Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing
- Must be physically able to perform essential duties
- Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
- At least two verifiable professional references
- Verifiable employment history for past 12 months
- Pass national criminal background check (and any state-required screenings)
- Valid physical examination within the last year
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Proof of MMR vaccination
