Job Summary
Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily living activities to clients in New Jersey. Support client independence and safety, follow individualized care plans, and document care as required. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and Dharma Home Care staff. Flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, or per diem shifts; all shifts available. Licensed New Jersey CHHA required; must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Undergo background check and health clearances (physical within a year, negative TB, MMR vaccination). Opportunities for career growth from CHHA to mentor and care-coordinator roles. Required Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing
