Job Summary
Certified Home Health Aide with active CHHA license needed to provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily living activities, support client independence while ensuring safety, follow individualized care plans, document as required, and communicate effectively with clients, families, and Dharma Home Care staff. Positions available across NJ with flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, or per diem; offers training, RN mentorship, paid orientation, and opportunities for advancement. Competitive pay starting at $19–$21/hour with benefits and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- Two verifiable professional references
- Must successfully pass a national criminal background check (and any additional NJ-required screenings)
- Valid physical examination within the last year
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Proof of MMR vaccination
