Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)

Assist Assisted Living residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Monitor and document vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature as directed by supervising nursing staff. Provide companionship and emotional support while ensuring residents follow prescribed healthcare plans and dietary needs are met during mealtimes. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in resident rooms and common areas. Comply with facility policies, state regulations, and safety guidelines to uphold the highest standard of care.
