Job Summary
Assist Assisted Living residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Monitor and document vital signs as directed by supervising nursing staff, provide companionship and emotional support, and assist during mealtimes. Help with transfers using proper body mechanics, maintain clean and organized environments, and ensure residents follow prescribed healthcare plans. Comply with facility policies, state regulations, and safety guidelines to provide the highest standard of care. Indiana Home Health Aide Certification is required.

- High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred
