Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)

Assist Assisted Living and Memory Care residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Monitor and document vital signs as directed by supervising nursing staff, while providing companionship and emotional support to promote a positive environment. Serve residents during mealtimes and ensure dietary needs are met, using proper body mechanics for all transfers. Maintain clean, safe, and organized environments in resident rooms and common areas while complying with facility policies, state regulations, and safety guidelines. Indiana Home Health Aide Certification is required; high school diploma preferred with zero to one years of relevant experience.
