Job Summary
Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily living activities to clients under individualized care plans. Ensure client safety and well-being, document required activities, and communicate effectively with clients, families, and Dharma Home Care staff. Roles available across NJ with flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, or per diem; competitive pay starting at $19/hour. Training and development opportunities, career progression from CHHA to leadership roles, and supportive onboarding including RN mentorship. Free uniforms and PPE provided.
Required Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing
- Physically able to perform essential duties
- Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
- At least two verifiable professional references
- National criminal background check clearance
- Valid physical exam within the last year
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Proof of MMR vaccination
