Job Summary
Provide one-on-one home health care to patients in their homes, assisting with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, and personal care; maintain care records and report observations to supervisor; build relationships with patients through conversation or reading aloud to support mental health; give medication reminders; engage patients in exercises and activities; requires completion of an accredited Home Health Aide program and a high school diploma or GED, plus one year of professional experience and a valid driver’s license. CPR certification is preferred. Location: New York, NY, US; Part-time role based in patient homes.
