Job Summary
Provide hands-on personal care and daily living assistance to a home-based client with mobility limitations and higher care needs in Passaic County, NJ; support a second adult in the home as needed; follow individualized care plans and communicate changes in condition. Shifts include morning, evening, and overnight options with potential for consistent weekly hours and long-term placement. Must hold an active NJ CHHA license, have reliable transportation, and pass a national background check. Experience with Parkinson’s or higher-acuity clients is strongly preferred; references required. Opportunities for growth into mentorship and leadership roles, with paid orientation and ongoing training, PTO, sick leave, holiday pay, and 401(k) available.
Required Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing
- Experience with mobility support, transfers, and personal care is preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with insurance
