Job Summary
Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily living activities to clients in New Jersey. Follow individualized care plans, ensure client safety and well-being, document required information, and communicate effectively with clients, families, and Dharma Home Care staff. Flexible scheduling options include full-time, part-time, or per diem across Jersey City and surrounding NJ cases. Minimum qualification: active New Jersey CHHA license in good standing. Training and mentorship opportunities available with RN guidance; 401(k), PTO, holidays, and referral bonuses offered. Multiple shifts available with potential for advancement within the organization.
