Job Summary
Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily living activities to clients in New Jersey; follow individualized care plans, document as required, and ensure client safety and well-being. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and Dharma Home Care staff; flexible, full-time/part-time/per diem shifts available across NJ locations. Growth opportunities from CHHA to mentor roles and office leadership; training and ongoing support provided. Must hold an active CHHA license in NJ and meet health, transportation, and background requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with proof of auto insurance
- Two verifiable professional references
- Verifiable employment history for the past 12 months
- Successful completion of national criminal background check
- Valid physical examination within the last year
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Proof of MMR vaccination
