Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) for Grace Healthcare Services in Essex County, NJ. Responsibilities include personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, skincare, mobility), meal preparation, home management to maintain a safe and comfortable home, and documenting care and activities using CellTrak. Collaborate with RN Case Managers for prompt action. Must hold a valid NJ CHHA license and communicate in English; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel within Essex County. Schedule is full-time (Monday–Friday; 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, or 8am-4pm) with starting pay at $20/hour based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid NJ CHHA license in good standing
- Clear communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- Dependable transportation and willingness to travel within Essex County
