Job Summary
Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily living activities to clients in New Jersey. Follow individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs and document required care. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and Dharma Home Care staff. Flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, or per diem shifts. Requires active New Jersey CHHA license, reliable transportation, and successful background check. Growth path from CHHA to mentor roles and leadership opportunities; training and orientation provided.
Required Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing
- Physically able to perform the essential duties
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
- Two verifiable professional references
- National criminal background check
- Valid physical examination within the last year
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Proof of MMR vaccination
