Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance
- Ability to perform essential duties and physical tasks
- Pass national criminal background check
- Valid physical examination within the last year
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- MMR vaccination evidence
- References from previous employers (at least two)
- Proof of employment history for the past 12 months
