Job Summary
Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) position providing hands-on personal care and assistance with daily living activities. Deliver client-centered care, follow individualized care plans, document care activities, and communicate effectively with clients, families, and Dharma Home Care staff. Flexible schedules available (full-time, part-time, or per diem) with hourly pay starting at $19.50–$21/hour and opportunities for advancement within the organization. Location: Newark, NJ; duties include supporting client independence and safety, maintaining professional standards, and adhering to required health and background checks. Licensing in NJ is required; reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are also required. Training, PTO, holiday pay, and benefits (401(k), PPE, and paid orientation) are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing
