Job Summary
Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily living activities, support client independence while ensuring safety and well-being, follow individualized care plans, and document as required. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and Dharma Home Care staff. All shifts available for hourly care with flexible schedules; positions include full-time, part-time, or per diem. Opportunities for growth from CHHA to leader roles; cases located throughout NJ. Requires active CHHA license, reliable transportation, background check, and health clearances. Training provided and PPE supplied.
Required Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance
- References: at least two verifiable professional references
- National criminal background check
- Valid physical exam in last year
- TB test or chest X-ray
- MMR vaccination
