Job Summary
Per Diem Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in Red Bank, NJ. Provide ADL and companion care per patient care plan, monitor health, assist with transferring, bathing, dressing, meals, and emotional support. Maintain patient care records and report observations to supervisor. Demand driving to client locations as part of private duty home care. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and a valid NJ CHHA license. Pay rate $22/hour; on-site, part-time. Responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, assisting with mobility, personal care, meal services, and transporting or accompanying patients to activities; provide companionship and mental stimulation.
