Job Summary
Provide essential daily support and companionship to clients in their homes, working alongside nurses to ensure a safe and dignified care experience. Deliver compassionate, reliable assistance while maintaining strong communication and listening skills with clients and families. Requires current NJ CHHA certification and at least one year of caregiving experience in home care or facilities. Ability to work flexible schedules, including overnight or 24-hour care rotations.
