Job Summary
Provide one-on-one care in clients' homes throughout Piscataway and Middlesex County, assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care. Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation while preparing meals, snacks, and light housekeeping. Follow individualized care plans, provide medication reminders, and offer companionship and emotional support. Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team. This role requires an active New Jersey CHHA license and offers flexible weekday, daytime, evening, and weekend schedules. Weekly pay and eligible benefits include PTO, health insurance, and pet insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Active New Jersey CHHA license
- Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license
