Job Summary
Certified Home Health Aide CHHA providing personal care and daily living support in clients' homes. Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene assistance, mobility transfers, meal preparation and feeding, housekeeping, laundry, companionship, emotional support, and assisting with errands and transportation when applicable. Promotes a safe, comfortable, and respectful home environment. Requires NJ CHHA license; high school diploma or GED preferred; compassionate, patient, and dependable with strong communication skills and reliable transportation to travel to client homes. Required Qualifications
- New Jersey Board of Nursing Certified Home Health Aide CHHA License
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals preferred
- Compassionate, patient, dependable personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
- Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients as needed (up to 50 pounds)
