Job Summary
Provide or assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, and positioning. Assist with prescribed exercise and range of motion activities, feed patients, and manage light housekeeping such as changing bed linens. Monitor vital signs like temperature and pulse as supervised, then report any condition changes to the hospice nurse and document details on the certification form. Remind patients to take medication in compliance with regulations. Requires a State Certified CHHA license, high school diploma, and valid driver's license. Must be willing to travel across multiple shifts.
