Certified Home Health Aide position in Newark, NJ. Responsibilities include companionship, conversation, light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping, safety supervision and mobility assistance to prevent falls, assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, incontinence care), client transportation for errands and appointments, medication reminders and assistance with filling prescriptions, following care plans, reporting health status changes to the Care Team, helping coordinate medical appointments, and monthly in-service trainings. Per diem shifts available across Weekday, Night, Evening, and Weekend schedules. Requires NJ CHHA certification, valid driver’s license, ability to drive, willingness to commute, and legally authorized work status in the United States.
