Job Summary
Provide hands-on personal care in clients' homes including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility support, and daily routine assistance. Follow the care plan and communicate clearly about any changes in the client’s condition or scheduling needs. Build a consistent, trusting relationship with the client and family; maintain reliable attendance and a calm, professional presence in every home. Schedule is flexible around availability. CAHC-accredited agency serving Camden, Gloucester, and Salem counties. Active NJ CHHA certification required; ability to work independently in private duty home care setting; reliable transportation for Salem-area cases. We offer weekly pay, paid orientation, 90-day performance review, and referral bonus when a referred caregiver completes 60 days.
