Job Summary
Certified NYS Home Health Aide needed for a private client in Staten Island, NY. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing), light housekeeping and meal preparation, and providing companionship and emotional support. Monitor and report changes to the RN Case Manager. Schedule features 12-hour shifts, daily availability, and incentives such as a $100 sign-on bonus, attendance bonuses, generous referral bonuses, driver incentives, health insurance, and PTO. Requirements include valid NYS HHA certification, TB test within the past year, and proof of MMR immunity titers.
