Job Summary
Visiting Certified Home Health Aide to provide in-home, patient-centered care in the San Diego, CA area. Responsibilities include personal care (baths, dressing changes, oral hygiene, grooming), assistance with activities of daily living, meals planning/preparation and feeding, monitoring and recording vital signs, ambulation and simple therapeutic exercises, medication administration assistance, light laundry, and maintaining a safe, clean living environment. Must possess a valid HHA license, CPR certification, and be a licensed driver with insured vehicle; per diem schedule with on-the-road visits to clients. Organization emphasizes compassionate, detail-oriented care and adherence to care plans and documentation standards.
Required Qualifications
