Certified Home Health Aid (CHHA) Visiting Homes

Conduct personal care including baths, oral hygiene, toileting, and skin care for clients with diverse needs. Prepare nutritious meals, assist with dressing, and support ambulation and exercise according to the plan of care. Monitor vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure when ordered, and assist in medication self-administration. Maintain patient living areas and perform laundry as appropriate while ensuring safety with equipment like foot stools and side rails. Report patient condition changes to the assigned nurse and adhere to documentation standards.
