Job Summary
Certified Home Health Aide/Companion Caregiver needed in Milltown, NJ to provide in-home care and assistance to seniors including dressing, bathing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation planning, and coordinating doctor appointments. Must follow physician and nurse instructions, report patient health data, and support planning for appointments. Roles available as full-time, part-time, or per-diem with weekend and overnight shifts; live-in option described. Requires NJ CHHA license, high school diploma or GED (preferred), 2-step PPD, health screenings (Physical, MMR), English literacy, and reliable transportation. Compensation $18-$20/hour; benefits include annualized pay, paid orientation, and opportunities for training and advancement.
Required Qualifications
- NJ Licensed as Certified Home Health Aide a must
- High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred
- 2-step PPD
- Physical within the last 12 months
- MMR
