Job Summary
Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in-home care role for seniors in Middlesex, Mercer and Northern Monmouth Counties. Provide daily living assistance including dressing, bathing, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation and scheduling support for doctor appointments. Record and report health data to nurses; coordinate care; may perform facility work, hourly or live-in. Requires NJ CHHA license, high school diploma or GED preferred, English proficiency, reliable transportation, and ability to follow physician and nurse instructions. Shifts include full-time, part-time, and per-diem with weekend and overnight options; flexible scheduling; paid training and benefits. Required Qualifications
- NJ Licensed as Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2-step PPD
- Physical within the last 12 months
- MMR
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Reliable transportation
