Job Summary
Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) provides in-home care and assistance to help seniors age in place. Responsibilities include recording and reporting patient data, assisting with daily activities (dressing, bathing), planning and coordinating doctor appointments and transportation, light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and reporting to nurses about patient health status. Roles may be hourly or live-in, with weekend and overnight shifts available and flexible scheduling. Requires NJ CHHA license, high school diploma or GED, and completion of health screenings (2-step PPD, MMR) with reliable transportation; English proficiency is required. Training and development opportunities, weekly pay, and benefits are provided.

- NJ Licensed Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) must
- 2-step PPD
- Physical within last 12 months
- MMR
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
