Job Summary
Certified Home Health Aide position focusing on in-home senior care in Rumson and surrounding counties. Responsibilities include assisting patients with daily activities (dressing, bathing), planning and coordinating doctor appointments, organizing transportation, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and reporting patient health status to nurses. Also involves documenting care as medically necessary and delivering facility-based or in-home support as needed, with options for hourly, live-in, full-time, part-time, or per-diem shifts. Must be NJ-licensed as a CHHA, have a high school diploma or GED (preferred), complete 2-step PPD and MMR, maintain a physical within 12 months, and be able to read/write/speak English. Reliable transportation required. Compensation ranges from $18-$20 per hour with benefits, weekly pay, and opportunities for training and development.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred
- NJ Licensed as Certified Home Health Aide a must
- 2-step PPD
- Physical within the last 12 months
- MMR
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
- Reliable transportation
