Job Summary
Conduct home care support for clients across Jacksonville, Orange Park, Middleburg, and surrounding Northeast Florida communities. Provide assistance with activities of daily living, medication administration, and dementia care under the supervision of supportive office staff. Complete required CEUs in Alzheimer's, HIV/AIDS, and self-administered medication assistance before starting. Maintain a valid Florida CNA license or HHA certificate, hold a current driver's license, and possess CPR certification. Submit a recent health statement and complete background checks as part of the onboarding process. Earn $18–$22 per hour with weekly pay by direct deposit and a $100 hiring bonus upon meeting eligibility requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-licensed training school
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of auto insurance
- CPR certification
- Social Security card
- Recent health statement (within 6 months) indicating you're free of communicable diseases
- 2 hours Alzheimer's CEU
- 1 hour HIV/AIDS CEU
- 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication CEU
- Required dementia training through Elder Affairs
- Authorization for a comprehensive background review including civil and criminal history records, driving records, and birth records
