Job Summary
Deliver personalized home care to clients in Cochrane by assisting with personal hygiene, preparing meals, and providing companionship. Support safe mobility and transfers while accompanying clients on outings and appointments. Manage medication reminders and complete accurate documentation after each visit under Care Coordinator guidance. Work 20 to 25 hours per week with flexible scheduling options. Requires Health Care Aide certification, 2–5 years of caregiving experience, and current CPR/First Aid certification.
Required Qualifications
- Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent
- Minimum 2–5 years of caregiving or health care experience
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
- Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray
- Reliable transportation within Cochrane area
- Access to a mobile phone and internet
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while following individualized care plans
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA)
- From Cochrane area
- Available for 20 to 25 hours per week
