Job Summary
Certified Health Care Aide needed in Coaldale, AB to provide personal care and hygiene support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, accompany clients on outings, shopping and errands, medication reminders, ambulation and transporting of clients, companionship, and adherence to care plans. Role reports to Care Coordinator and includes documentation/charting. Requires Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent (foreign-trained nurse, nursing student) and CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain; ability to travel within the territory. Shifts range from 4 to 12 hours with flexible hours; PPE provided; competitive wages with referral bonuses. Ongoing shifts to build relationships with clients in a home-care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent (foreign-trained nurse, nursing student)
- Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain
- Ability to travel around the location territory
