Job Summary
Deliver personalized home care to clients in Airdrie under the guidance of a Care Coordinator, assisting with personal hygiene, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. Accompany clients on outings and appointments, support safe mobility and transfers, and provide medication reminders as permitted. Follow individualized care plans and complete accurate documentation after each visit. Requires Health Care Aide certification, 2–5 years of caregiving experience, and CPR/First Aid certification. Flexible scheduling available with competitive pay and a referral bonus program.
Required Qualifications
- Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent
- Registered to work as a HCA in Alberta (or in the process)
- 2–5 years of caregiving or health care experience
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray
- reliable transportation in Airdrie area
- Access to a mobile phone and internet
- Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while following individualized care plans
