Job Summary
Deliver personalized home care under a Care Coordinator's guidance, assisting clients with bathing, grooming, and hygiene while preparing nutritious meals and performing light housekeeping. Provide companionship, emotional support, and transportation to appointments, manage medication reminders, and support safe mobility and transfers. Complete accurate documentation and charting after each visit while following individualized care plans. This role offers flexible scheduling and competitive wages with a referral bonus program. Located in Airdrie, the position requires a certified Health Care Aide with 2–5 years of experience and current CPR/First Aid certification. Required Qualifications
- Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent
- Registered to work as a HCA in Alberta (or in the process)
- 2–5 years of caregiving or health care experience
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray
- reliable transportation in Airdrie area
- Access to a mobile phone and internet
- Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while following individualized care plans
