Job Summary
Capstone Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) with upper-extremity rehabilitation experience. Join a therapist-owned outpatient practice with specialties in orthopedics, sports rehab, and related areas. Expect evidence-based, patient-centered care, strong manual therapy and splinting skills, and collaboration with referral sources and case managers in return-to-work cases. Requires DPT/MPT or OTD/OTR graduate, and WA licensure or eligibility. Competitive salary and benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, continuing education allowance, and more. Required Qualifications
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT)
- Graduate of Physical Therapy (DPT/MPT) or Occupational Therapy (OTD/OTR)
- Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist in WA (or eligible)
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Strong manual therapy and splinting skills
- Experience with referral sources and case managers in return-to-work cases
