Job Summary
Conduct evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, and discharge for high-quality hand therapy services to patients and customers. Deliver comprehensive, individualized treatment programs while maintaining positive interactions with facilities and clients. Stay current with Occupational Therapy research and apply Evidence-Based Practice including RCB, clinician expertise, and patient perception. This PRN role supports an outpatient orthopedic team in Oklahoma City, offering $45-$55/hour with free CEUs and a matching 401(k). Candidates must hold specialty certification or licensure in hand therapy and demonstrate experience in custom splinting for pre- and post-op orthopedic cases.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school for occupational or physical therapy
- Hold specialty certification or licensure in hand therapy
- National registration and state licensure or registration
- Previous, demonstrated marketing experience
- Solid experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic
- CPR certification
- Valid state driver's license
