Job Summary
Conduct evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, and discharge for patients with upper extremity disorders including tendon injuries, sprains, strains, and post-operative fractures. Deliver comprehensive, individualized programs utilizing custom splinting skills while maintaining positive interactions with facilities and clients. Stay current with Occupational Therapy research and Evidence-Based Practice. Maintain positive interactions with facilities and clients. Enhance client relations with facilities and their staff.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school for occupational or physical therapy
- Hold specialty certification or licensure in hand therapy
- National registration and state licensure or registration
- Previous, demonstrated marketing experience
- Solid experience in application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic
- CPR certification
- Valid state driver's license
