Job Summary
Inspect residential crawlspace/waterproofing projects across Charlotte metro area; conduct thorough home consultations, educate homeowners on foundation, basement and crawl space waterproofing solutions, provide estimates and close sales; travel daily to customer sites, coordinate with installation teams, brief production leaders, and maintain regular contact with customers while aiming to meet/exceed monthly sales goals; requires strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills; valid driver's license and background check compliance needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Education & Experience
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening including a background check
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus
