Job Summary
Lead Preschool Teacher responsible for curriculum design and instruction, supervising and mentoring assistant teachers and aides, observing and documenting children's progress, and enforcing positive behavior policies. Implement the LEAP Curriculum® with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers in alignment with state standards and school philosophy. Conduct family conferences and maintain ongoing communication about children’s progress and needs. Participate in meetings and collaborate with departments to support school operations. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, state teaching certification/licensure, and 2+ years of preschool classroom experience with leadership responsibilities.
Required Qualifications

- State teaching certification or license in early childhood education (varies by state)
- 2+ years of preschool classroom experience, including experience leading or mentoring staff
- Knowledge of child development, developmentally appropriate practices, and early learning standards
