Job Summary
Conduct initial consultations and lead individual and small-group exercise sessions for clients of all ages. Track fitness results, deliver client education, and measure success against studio metrics. Grow the business by selling monthly and package sessions. This Certified Exercise Coach role requires a passion for health and fitness, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with people in person and on the phone. Candidates must complete the Exercise Coach and Nutrition Playbook certification courses and hold a valid CPR/AED certificate. Required Qualifications
- Valid CPR/AED certificate from a nationally-recognized provider
- Must be eligible to work in the USA
- Must be able and willing to participate both in our exercise and nutrition methodology
