Certified EIP (K-2 ELA) Teacher

Certified EIP (K-2 ELA) Teacher responsible for educating assigned students and delivering a flexible program aligned to Georgia standards. Develops and maintains effective rapport with students and parents, conducts extensive small-group instruction daily, coordinates with administrators and EIP coordinators, analyzes assessment data to guide differentiated instruction, maintains progress data, and adheres to GaDOE guidelines. Fosters high expectations and professional collaboration with regular education staff to monitor student growth and ensure alignment with district expectations. Demonstrates strong organization, preparation, and communication skills, with a focus on confidentiality and professional conduct.
